If you do not agree with any part of these protocols, your license to use the metrics analytics tools provided herein is immediately revoked.

Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and interact with the public dashboard features.
IP & Proprietary Standards
Trademark Ownership
The MetricNoryx name, logo, and all associated iconography are protected trademarks. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Analytic Algorithms
Our specific logic for calculating business metrics and digital performance outcomes is proprietary trade secret material.
Liability & Benchmarks
MetricNoryx shall not be held liable for any business decisions, financial losses, or operational shifts resulting from the interpretation of our metrics analytics reports. We provide the data layer; the strategic application remains the sole responsibility of the client entity.
We do not guarantee 100% uptime of the hub, though we maintain a rigorous maintenance schedule to ensure maximum accessibility for digital performance optimization during peak global business hours.
Termination of Access
Account privileges or platform access may be suspended or permanently terminated if a user is found to be in violation of these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing access credentials with unauthorized third parties or attempting to bypass our internal security barriers.
